Information we collect

Booking information is processed by Cal.com. Contact details you share by email or WhatsApp are used to respond to your inquiry. Basic usage and campaign data may be processed by PostHog.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request, prevent abuse, schedule calls, maintain a sales record, and measure whether the website works. Marketing messages are sent only when separate optional consent is provided or another lawful basis applies.

Processors and storage

The website may use Vercel for hosting, Google Sheets for inquiry records, an email delivery provider, Cal.com for scheduling, and PostHog for product analytics. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms.

Session replay

If session replay is enabled, form inputs are masked. Free-text inquiry content, email addresses, phone numbers, and names must not be intentionally sent to analytics.

Retention

Unqualified inquiry records are normally retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship, legal obligation, or dispute.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to applicable law. You can also opt out of marketing at any time.
